FAQs / Help

What should I wear?

Please wear sensible shoes. Open toe shoes, flip-flops and/or high heels are not allowed on our production areas due to Health and Safety. Additionally, clicling shoes are not allowed in production areas. If you are cycling to our distillery please make sure you have a change of footwear.

If you wear any of the above, you will not be allowed to join the tour and a refund won't be given.

If you are joining our Warehouse Experience, please bring warm clothes as our warehouses don't have heating :)

How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds online.  Please speak to us in store and we would do our best to rearange your visit (subject to availability).

We regret that we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations or arriving late for your experience. If you cannot make the tour time chosen, please contact the distillery as soon as possible by calling the Visitor Centre on +44 (0) 1786 843 010.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your experience. If you are late we shall assume that you have failed to attend, and we reserve the right to continue the experience at the scheduled time in your absence.

Should you miss your allocated time, entry to the distillery or transfer to a later time slot cannot be guaranteed.

Bookings can only be changed at the discretion of the distillery and subject to availability.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

Is there wheelchair access?

Deanston Distillery is a listed building. We have wheelchair access in our warehouse experience but regrettably, there are stairs around the distillery so the distillery tour is not wheelchair accessible.

There are a few stairs around the tour route. If you have any mobility requirements, please contact us before making your booking.

Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day.
